I got trash and recycling out this morning, but am expecting another round.
Shopping won't get done until last minuter, but as long as I have enough for the first 2 days, I should be fine.
Looking forward to the Kosher Coke! Real sugar!

The trash and such go out tomorrow night/early Wednesday, since trash and recycling are picked up Wednesday (v. convenient this year :-).

Since for me it's a 3-day holiday (first two days into Shabbat), I need to have enough food around for a bunch of meals, including two I'm hosting. Which I think I could do with just a bit more protein, but as long as I'm getting poultry, I should pick up the rest of it...

Good luck in getting everything done!

Much closer now than I was this morning, definitely.

Good luck with your yom tov prep.

I wish I could say the same about my progress. I was off to a good start early this morning, but now I feel very confused.

Likewise, good luck with what you have left.

I hope the confusion passes.

(I had extra motivation; not only were friends coming over (read: need to get stuff more organized), there's almost nothing to eat if I can't cook (which is why today's food has consisted of some potatoes (white and sweet) and dried plums that have been sitting in slivovitz for a year :-).

Thank you. I'm not sure it will passively pass.

I too have motivation. I'm just, argh, unclear or something.

Slivovitz! That'll do it. *grin*

I cooked the end of my chametz yesterday before washing the remaining chametz dishes, and wrapped it up tightly in paper and foil and set it aside to eat today, but I ended up eating it last night instead. Oops.

I hope you get to eat something more substantial soon and enjoy the time with your friends.
