Monday goodnesses

-a yummy fry-up for breakfast, with enough left over for lunch
-putting on clothes warm from the dryer
-the weather being perfect, just the right touch of chill for walking to the T
-maple pumpkin butter and goat cheese sandwich on pumpkin bread

I've discovered that I really don't care for cream cheese any more, and goat cheese is a perfect replacement, much nicer all around.

I am a lover of almost all types of cheese. I feel that each cheese has its own purpose and special quality. I could never get rid of cream cheese.

It's definitely a classic (bagel and...), but for some reason the mouthfeel of it is too much, to squudgy, somehow. Other soft cheeses don't have the same density to them, avoiding it. And hard cheeses don't have that issue, either.

Maybe I'm just weird. All other cheeses but.
