Shabbat food, Pesach chol ha'moed edition

• grape liquid, matza
  
• eggplant long cooked with onion, some mushrooms, flowering chives, diced tomatoes, basil, and oregano
  
• baby artichokes
  
• potato salad with garlicky cucumber pickles, scallions, and hard-boiled eggs
  
• turkey thighs over onions, sweet potatoes, and some walnuts, topped with cranberry chutney and baked
  
• rhubarb stewed with orange juice
  
• fresh pineapple chunks
  
• chocolate clusters with matza bits, raisins, and almonds, plus some cinnamon, cayenne, and salt

If I manage to deal with peeling a pink grapefruit (I peel all the sections), there might be arugula salad with pink grapefruit, likely with cucumber, possibly jicama, or watercress.

Plan for leftover artichokes: incorporate into a lasagna.

Chocolate clusters with salt and matza were good.
