Shabbat food, Pesach chol ha'moed edition

- eggplant long cooked with onion, some mushrooms, flowering chives, diced tomatoes, basil, and oregano
- baby artichokes
- potato salad with garlicky cucumber pickles, scallions, and hard-boiled eggs
- turkey thighs over onions, sweet potatoes, and some walnuts, topped with cranberry chutney and baked
- rhubarb stewed with orange juice
- fresh pineapple chunks
- chocolate clusters with matza bits, raisins, and almonds, plus some cinnamon, cayenne, and salt
If I manage to deal with peeling a pink grapefruit (I peel all the sections), there might be arugula salad with pink grapefruit, likely with cucumber, possibly jicama, or watercress.
