[local eating] Farm share, weeks 13 and 14

This week's haul:
First thoughts: roasted eggplant and pepper; tomato-corn salad (perhaps with feta); stir-fried carrots and broccoli; baked squash with maple syrup.
Time to get cooking!
- 2 bell peppers
- 0.75 lb. broccoli
- 1.5 lb. cukes or summer squash
- 0.5 lb. beet greens
- 4 hot peppers
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 head celery
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 head napa cabbage
- 4 lb. tomatoes
- 1 head garlic
This week's haul:
- three long Asian eggplants
- seven carrots
- seven stalks of broccoli
- half a pint of grape tomatoes
- two pounds of regular tomatoes (plain red and heirloom, mixed)
- a bunch of edamame
- a bunch of collards (huge fans of collards)
- three bell peppers (I chose yellow ones)
- five ears of corn
- two delicata squash
- a bunch of parsley
- one and a quarter pounds of beets
