Dinner menu

All the veggies were from the farm & organic, except the onions.

steamed Brussels sprouts (tiny cute ones, cut off two 2-foot stalks)
beet greens and spinach sauteed with onion and garlic
roasted sweet dumpling squash
[roasted beets made but not peeled and eaten]
roasted boneless salmon steaks topped with hot pepper jam
chai chocolate chocolate bread pudding (didn't have soy milk, so tried some chai concentrate instead; it worked.)

The bread pudding solidified a bit more when cold, so it was very good this morning. Just ask my cubicle neightbor.
