Farm share, week 15

• two bunches of green curly kale
  
• three red onions
  
• one bunch of scallions
  
• four small Italian eggplant
  
• fourteen medium-small peppers (one red and falling apart, two green, the rest yellow or ripening to yellow)
  
• two field tomatoes
  
• two medium-small butternut squashes
  
• five Cortland apples (Apex Orchard)

First thoughts: a batch of applesauce (I have all of last week's apples left), some kind of ratatouille, maybe some kind of pickled pepper or pepper relish.
