Farm share, week 15

• three red onions
  
• one bunch of scallions
  
• four small Italian eggplant
  
• fourteen medium-small peppers (one red and falling apart, two green, the rest yellow or ripening to yellow)
  
• two field tomatoes
  
• two medium-small butternut squashes
  
• five Cortland apples (Apex Orchard)

First thoughts: a batch of applesauce (I have all of last week's apples left), some kind of ratatouille, maybe some kind of pickled pepper or pepper relish.

that all sounds really tasty! this is such a nice time of year for produce.

It really is. I feel like this share has definitely been a good one, despite the limitations inherent in pre-boxed shares.
