Farm share week 10, mushroom share week 12

• two large cantaloupes
  
• two smallish regular purple eggplants

• two zucchinis and two summer squashes
  
• five regular cucumbers (help! this is too many for regular cucumbers!)
  
• two small red onions
  
• thirteen carrots
  
• two heads of green leaf lettuce
  
• ten tomatoes
  
• two long green cubanelle peppers and four long red corno di toro peppers
  
• shiitake mushrooms

I have no idea how I'm going to get through all of this melon (it's approximately my least favorite). I know about fruit soup (and can make a pareve version for Friday night), but I'm not particularly inspired. I'd rather have one melon and more eggplant....
