  • two heads of garlic
  • three delicata squash
  • six green peppers (plus two more because there were so many left towards the end of the distribution)
  • a bunch of mint
  • a bag of braising greens
  • two pounds of cipollini-type onions
  • two and a half pounds of heirloom tomatoes
  • two and a half pounds of red field tomatoes
  • a third of a pound of shiitake mushrooms

I have a backlog of green peppers. First thought is to find a hot pepper sauce recipe, combining these with the hot peppers I have frozen from previous years. Not sure what else I'll make (it's too hot to think right now).
