Farm share, week 13
Aug. 29th, 2018 10:02 pm- two heads of garlic
- three delicata squash
- six green peppers (plus two more because there were so many left towards the end of the distribution)
- a bunch of mint
- a bag of braising greens
- two pounds of cipollini-type onions
- two and a half pounds of heirloom tomatoes
- two and a half pounds of red field tomatoes
- a third of a pound of shiitake mushrooms
I have a backlog of green peppers. First thought is to find a hot pepper sauce recipe, combining these with the hot peppers I have frozen from previous years. Not sure what else I'll make (it's too hot to think right now).
