turkey thighs baked with carrot, sweet potato, hakurei turnip, apple, onion from dilly fridge pickles (and some of the pickle juice from same), and black pepper

pink potato salad: potato, beet, and cucumber pickle
not-king's rice: layered pumpkin, onion and chicken thighs, pumpkin and rutabaga, raisins and walnuts, barley and bulghur
vegan applesauce cake with raisins and walnuts (using rice and whole-grain buckwheat flour, since I was out of wheat flour)
