Pico review: Brock apple

One of the vendors at the Davis Square farmers market had a variety I'd never heard of before, so I bought one, especially because the seller said that they'd just started picking them. Brock is apparently a cross between a Golden Delicious and a McIntosh, and it's very nice: dense flesh, crunchy (a thunkier crunch than apples that are less dense), and sweet, but not cloyingly so.
