Tomatoes?

The farm is offering bulk tomatoes: $20 for 20 lb of plum tomatoes, and $10 for a half bushel of seconds (no variety specified). They're organic, too.

Is anyone interested in going in with me on some tomatoes? (I should call by Monday to make the Wednesday farm pickup.)


ETA I don't have a scale at home; should we approximate or can someone bring theirs to divvy the tomatoes up?

Inconsequentialities

I've been noticing a lot more skunk smells in the last month or so. No clue why.

Finally got a new Jewish calendar, and have started putting things in it. Even though the old one runs through the end of 2005, I apparently need to start a new calendar at the beginning of September; it's amazing how much calmer I am now.

Too many things to do, not enough Sunday to do them all in. I should look on the bright side and remember that choosing from among all good things is a pretty nice situation to be in.

Sleep is good. Apparently I was underslept, since last night I got 10 hours...

So many things I should get done around the house. A list might fit on an 11x17 sheet of paper, or it might not. Taking the time to write every bit of it down would take too much time. So this is a reminder to myself to do whatever seems obvious and easy, and slowly there will be order out of chaos.
