Corn, pepper, tomato sounds like salsa. Can you add parsley to salsa with good results? I have no idea; I gave up on salsa a long time ago.

Weirdly, I didn't think of salsa!

I put part of the parsley into a green salad, and still have some left.

Hm. I suspect one could make parsley pesto....
