• three narrow leeks
  
• a bunch of green kale
  
• a punnet of Brussels sprouts
  
• a head of Deadon Savoy cabbage
  
• ten Satina Gold potatoes, mostly not large, maybe 3 lb?
  
• six scarlet turnips
  
• carrots
  
• seven small-to-medium golden beets (2-3 lb?)
  
• eight shallots, most of them large
  
• two heads of garlic
  
• a big black radish (I'm lacking inspiration these days; any suggestions for this welcome, other than fridge pickling)
  
• three quarters of a pound of shiitake mushrooms
