I ended up with a sort of deconstructed eggplant not-parmesan.
  1. Heat pan on a medium-high flame with olive oil in it.
  2. Dice a red onion.
  3. Add to pan.
  4. Cut up two Asian eggplants.
  5. Do crunches and bridges while the onion cooks.
  6. Add eggplant to pan.
  7. Dice a large tomato.
  8. Do lunges while vegetables cook.
  9. Add tomato to pan.
  10. Mince a clove of garlic.
  11. Add to pan.
  12. Do reverse crunches while vegetables cook.
  13. Slice in some harvarti with dill.
  14. Turn off the heat.
  15. Rip up some fresh basil.
  16. Add to pan.
  17. Mix.
  18. Eat.

The garlic I grew on my porch. The rest of the veggies were from the farm share.
