- three pounds of sweet potatoes
- one and three-quarters pounds of parsnips
- two and and a quarter pounds of potatoes (I got a mix of red skinned fingerlings and what might be Yukon Gold)
- three turnips or rutabagas (I chose the latter)
- two heads of lettuce (I got one red leaf and one green leaf)
- two kohlrabi
- a bunch of cilantro (I gave mine away at the distribution)
- a pound of carrots
- two leeks
- a pound of onions (I chose yellow over red)
- a head of radicchio
Food for Shabbat includes: roasted rutabagas and onions, turkey soup, turkey meatloaf, green salad, and MacIntosh applesauce (all of the veg and fruit in these are local, except the eggplant and garlic spread and ketchup in the meatloaf). There's the option of lemon sorbet for dessert, too. Possibly also baked beets and red sauerkraut.
