Shabbat menu

I'm out for dinner tonight, so this is for lunch tomorrow. Given the heat we've had the last day or two, I'm uninspired to have anything I need to keep warm.

• corn and fish chowder
  
• green salad, likely spinach, arugula, scallions, cucumber, grapefruit, fresh peas, and radish
  
• sauteed greens (chard, tatsoi, arugula, and radish greens) with caramelized onions, pine nuts, and preserved lemon
  
• roasted summer squash, zucchini, and onions
  
• roasted sweet potatoes with cayenne and cinnamon
  
• homemade applesauce
  
• sliced strawberries with Greek-style honeyed yogurt

I had strawberries with (sort of Greek-style) yogurt too!
