Food for Shabbat
Apr. 17th, 2009 06:46 pmBecause really, what I need is another seudah.
* pareve corn-and-fish chowder (cod)
* pickles, perhaps olives
* the last of the quinoa pilaf from Pesach
* chicken thighs topped with the last of the fruit-nut compote from Pesach, baked over onions and farfel
* green salad: green leaf lettuce, arugula, mesclun, scallions, perhaps some tomatoes
* chocolate-dipped apricots from Pesach
I haven't had chametz yet, though I have had kitniyot.
Today has been 8 = 117 of the omer.
