Interestingly, the newsletter includes a recipe for charoset. Of course it would've made more sense to put it in last week's newsletter.
And just for the record: I generally do not assume there will be snow on the fourth of April.
Current food prep: a tray of parsnips and sweet potatoes roasting alongside a tray of chicken in eighths over onion, garlic, oranges, and quartered artichokes.
- a bunch of arugula (yay!)
- a largish bunch of thin asparagus
- a head of red leaf lettuce
- a bunch of broccoli
- a big bunch of basil (!)
- six small to medium yellow onions
- a summer squash
- nine small parsnips
- two plums
- four lemons
- four Navel oranges
- two Honey tangelos
