Shabbat menu

Very, very low key this week, given that it's been a very overfull week, and I'm cooking for one.

• grape juice (using up leftover from Arisia)
  
• whole wheat pitas (read: too lazy to bake)
  
• hummus
  
• turkey meatloaf (with a head of roasted garlic, hot sauce, hot red pepper sauce, eggplant-garlic spread, multi-grain flakes, and ketchup) (I'm in a meatloaf rut recently; I think it's time to move on for a bit. Next week...)
  
• baked sweet potatoes
  
• roasted white and green vegetables (onion, zucchini, green beans)
  
• caramelized onions that are currently slated to go into green salad with oranges, a variety of interesting olives, and balsamic vinegar (though it's always possible salad for one won't happen)
  
• pizzelle (read: too lazy to bake)

I'd thought about making spicy nut noodles, but I just didn't feel like rushing about in the last hour before Shabbat.
