• a bag of nine potatoes (five pounds?)
  
• a bag of spring mix lettuces
  
• a small bag (half a pound?) of sugar snap peas
  
• five narrow stalks of broccoli
  
• a green pepper (do they ever send other colors?)
  
• a good-sized eggplant
  
• seven roma tomatoes

Any suggestions for the dandelion greens? I sauteed them last time (with onion), and they were a bit too bitter for me straight like that.
