magidAs Cellio pointed out a couple of weeks ago, starting in 2005 there will be ID chips embedded in passports. This has the potential to lead to problems, like identity theft. Which the administration is downplaying, of course. More information in this CNN article.
It's becoming more difficult to have VBAC (vaginal birth after Caesarian), since fewer hospitals are allowing the option. I can understand that hospitals would like to minimize possible complications, but Caesareans aren't risk-free, either.
It looks like there might be methane on Mars, which would imply either volcanic activity, or some kind of (bacterial?) life.
There's a baby gorilla at the Franklin Park Zoo. I've never been to the zoo; maybe this will get me to go.
