I saw this awhile back; it's a cool idea but it really felt like the artist wasn't trying very hard. He's basically Spiderman in baggy pants. And that spandex top in the Indian climate? He's just asking for full-body athlete's foot. Gimme some flowy sleeves, something more ornate. If he's going to be Indian Spider-man, give him the bling! :)
Actually, in some of the pictures, it looked to me like he wasn't in baggy pants at all. And spandex in almost any climate... Though it does seem to be fairly de rigeur for superheroes. And flowy sleeves might get in the way of his webs. (I suspect it's harder to use his superpowers effectively outside a skyscraper-filled city, too.)
