  • a bag of sprouts
  • half a pound of spinach
  • a head of garlic
  • five pounds of Braeburn apples
  • a bag of frozen peppers (or tomatoes, theoretically, but I saw none of those)
  • a head of cabbage (I chose the much smaller red over the larger green, liking how it sauerkrauts better)
  • three pounds of carrots
  • two pounds of radishes, a mix of black and white (hopefully watermelon ones, but not sure)
  • a piece of "Robinson Family Swiss" cheese by Robinson Farm
  • a dozen eggs

My impression is that they're storage apples, best for cooking, not eating fresh (but then, I'm very picky about apple texture). Since I still have much sauerkraut to get through, I'm thinking apples and sauerkraut with sausage will be the fate of some, and perhaps apple cake or applesauce for the rest.

The radishes are likely to end up pickled, because I just don't get through radishes that quickly.

The trickiest part of this distribution for me is the bag of sprouts, since I think it's more than I'll be able to use before they go unpleasant.
