  • roasted steelhead trout fillets, topped with a bit of cranberry-peach jam, lots of scallions, and a mix of Meyer lemon juice and Frank's hot sauce
  • salad if I get the energy for it

Hmmm...I had never heard of "freshly ground black spinach"...do you let it wilt, then dry it, and then grind it? Or is the leaf actually black?
