- casarecce pasta with spinach, caramelized onions, freshly ground black spinach, halved grape tomatoes, and crumbled 'Bulgarit' cheese
- roasted cauliflower and onion
- roasted steelhead trout fillets, topped with a bit of cranberry-peach jam, lots of scallions, and a mix of Meyer lemon juice and Frank's hot sauce
- salad if I get the energy for it
