Yep. Go to Spaulding Rehab. There's one in Medford, or in Boston, and maybe other places too. They have doctors and physical therapists who specialize in body mechanics and muscular problems. I know two of the doctors at Medford: Dr. Audette and Dr. Karli. There may be others there. But the key will be to get you in to see one of the phys. therapists who will really spend time with you.
And it may be that all you need to do is get a referral from your primary care dr. to Spaulding for phys. therapy, and you'll be all set. I didn't see a Spaulding dr for my current round of therapy. Just got the referral directly to phys therapy.
