magidWith Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. having leaders whose last names are improper nouns, the time is ripe for allegorical stories featuring foxes, shrubberies, and martins. Anyone feel Aesopian?
I got a lovely invitation yesterday, to a cousin's wedding. It took me a few minutes to figure out what seemed strange: there was only English, no Hebrew. Not a surprise, but it's been ages since I've gotten a unilingual wedding invitation.
I put a minneola and a small red pear on the table to pack for lunch, and was amused to see that the two fruit listed at exactly the same angle, with approximately the same shape, and contrasting colors.
Actual sun! Of course, it likely means the temperature is dropping back down to frigid levels again, but it's a pleasant change for a bit.
