Spam is getting more bizarre: a subject line of "bottom horsefly minnie"?!
And I also apparently have an overdue cowgirl account. I hadn't known I had a cowgirl account at all.

If I retrieve re-upholstered chairs, can I say I recovered recovered chairs? If I had been sick before then and got better, could I say I recovered, and recovered recovered chairs?

I saw an opossum last night, moving out of the way as I drove down the street. I hadn't realized there were opossums in parts of residential Cambridge. Skunks, definitely, also raccoons, but not oppossums. Cool.

I hadn't realized that flu shots can prevent heart attacks, for some people, anyway.

And as a follow-up to the Men in Skirts theme, here's information about men choosing kilts at weddings, rather than tuxes, morning suits, etc. I hadn't realized that rent-a-kilt places exist. (Both links are to the Houston Chronicle.)
