Productive morning

• made double chocolate bread pudding
  
• canned 2 pints of mostly-plum jam
  
• made caramelized onion-chive-oregano bread pudding

On the other hand, I now am completely out of a couple of reasonably useful things, like soy milk, eggs, and onions.

(a) Feel free to join in someone else's comment thread, in my journal, anyway.
(b) The ID came partly from Deep Secret, partly from what it means in Hebrew (storyteller, basically, though there's the implication also of someone who tells parables that people learn from); I've wondered if DWJ chose the word for the implications...

b) D'oh! Why didn't I ever think of Hebrew when I read that word? Of course, the "g" is pronounced differently from what I expected... Shamed, I am. Brush up on Hebrew, I must. Stop speaking like Yoda, I should; before to kick my butt, irate readers decide.

(b) Shamed, you shouldn't be. If your mental sound had a soft 'g', then it's pretty hard to get to the Hebrew, which lacks the 'j'... Actually, it makes it sound rather like some kind of Islamic personage. Hm.
(c) Actually, I commented on Cyan_Blue's survey in her own journal; until you mentioned it, I hadn't realized it was cross-posted to any communities...
(z) What's your degree in, that you always pay attention to editors? Or rather, what sort of career would you like from your degree?
