Next batch of truffles

magidI just started melting chocolate for the next batch of truffles.
The question: shall I flavor them with orange flower water or rose water?
Right now, I'm tending towards the latter, since it's a bit more off the beaten track (and I suppose it would be my nod to the saint's day.).
Opinions?
