magidNo, not a building plan. I went grocery shopping last night, and an idea for what to make for dinner fell into my head as I passed the mangoes that were on sale.
So: fillet of salmon, thin slices of onion on top, then thin slices of mango. Quick grind of pepper, then pour a mixture of cider vinegar and brown sugar on top. Cook in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. Don't know where this idea came from, but it came out rather nicely :-). Served with sauteed onions and spinach with pine nuts.
