I was in a meeting I don't usually attend, of higher-up people, and an acronym was thrown around a bunch of times. I have no idea what it stands for, in this case (something about temporary workers?), but I loved hearing all these corporate types talking about SMURFS!

Well, if it's the hotel industry, it's actually spelled SMERFS.
