Farm share, week 11
Aug. 23rd, 2023 05:41 pm- two pounds of carrots
- four small Italian eggplants
- four long red peppers and two bell peppers
- six tomatoes (I chose a variety of colors, red, golden, and green-and-yellow striped)
- two huge bunches of kale
- a pound of basil
- a pound of salad mix (half swapped for more carrots)
First thoughts: roasted ratatouille with the eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes, also an onion; lots of kale chips; pureed basil with olive oil.
