Farm share, week 11

• two pounds of carrots
  
• four small Italian eggplants
  
• four long red peppers and two bell peppers
  
• six tomatoes (I chose a variety of colors, red, golden, and green-and-yellow striped)
  
• two huge bunches of kale
  
• a pound of basil
  
• a pound of salad mix (half swapped for more carrots)

First thoughts: roasted ratatouille with the eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes, also an onion; lots of kale chips; pureed basil with olive oil.
