Farm share, week 2

First thoughts: roasted zucchini, roasted beets, parsley into a batch of gormeh sabzi (Persian beef stew with greens, beans, and citrus), zucchini-fennel relish (maybe with some of the scapes from last week), kale salad with lemon tahini dressing, sauted greens with spices and coconut milk.
- two small fennel without full fronds
- eight large-ish zucchini (most dark green, some striped)
- two bunches of red beets with greens
- two bunches of parsley
- a pound of mixed salad greens (traded for another fennel and parsley)
- two large bunches of Swiss chard/collards/green curly kale (I chose kale again)
- four big stalks of broccoli with leaves
