• a bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  
• two bunches of green curly kale
  
• six pickling cucumbers
  
• ten small to medium sweet onions
  
• six medium-small eggplant, two Italian (purple/black), the rest white
  
• eight bell peppers, all green except for one red one
  
• a quart of mixed cherry tomatoes
  
• a small, "personal" watermelon

Current plans: baba ganoush; add the massaged kale and some parsley to a barley salad; sauteed or roasted peppers; watermelon-feta-mint salad; Israeli salad
