* a rice dish: rice cooked with the tomato water (see above), chickpeas, minced cinnamony lemon pickles and their brine (but not the actual cinnamon), bits of a variety of kinds of olives, and black pepper
(also the usual suspects around, in the form of pickles, hummus, and so forth)
