* tofu slices topped with a mixture of chunky peanut butter and Szechuan spicy sauce, then some panko, and baked
* mushroom-tomato pizza (using Romas I canned a couple of months ago
* a rice dish: rice cooked with the tomato water (see above), chickpeas, minced cinnamony lemon pickles and their brine (but not the actual cinnamon), bits of a variety of kinds of olives, and black pepper

(also the usual suspects around, in the form of pickles, hummus, and so forth)
