i finally got on my bike yesterday (after months without going for a ride). i knew i'd be out of shape, but it was rather pathetic. there were hills i shouldn't have noticed, and i was just slower the whole time. and i got tired early last night (i ended up leaving a potluck/game night early :-( ). and this morning i'm still sort of body-tired, though my brain is ok. (or would be ok if the air conditioning worked in this building!). i definitely need to get out more...
at least the reasons (lately) for not riding have been good ones, hanging out with friends, flicks and plays and gaming. ok, and sometimes the weather. but mostly b/c life is busy. (which doesn't mean i shouldn't think of reprioritizing... exercise s/b more important than "not at all").
