Winter farm share, pickup 3 of 12

• a big bag of spinach (apparently they're growing a variety called Aurochs, which can withstand winter cold as long as it's protected from snow and wind in a hoophouse, which is where they're growing it)
  
• three leeks
  
• twelve red beets (ranging in size from small to medium large)
  
• five watermelon radishes (very large for radishes)
  
• a butternut squash
  
• a bunch of thyme
  
• a tiny bunch of parsley
  
• ten sweet potatoes (ranging in size from small to medium-small)
  
• six Yukon Gold potatoes

They're all nice veggies, but I'd happily trade some watermelon radishes for a nice rutabaga or some parsnips.

I have parsnips and want watermelon radish, but I think the distance will be a barrier. :-(
