Farm share, week 18

• two large bunches of kale
  
• two small bunches of flat-leaf parsley
  
• two large heads of red-leaf lettuce
  
• two big bags of spinach
  
• two acorn squashes
  
• a dozen Yukon Gold potatoes

This is a lot of greens; I'm thinking I need to saute the spinach and freeze it for later. Lots of green salad, maybe give one of the heads of lettuce to a friend, and perhaps potato salad with lots of massaged kale.
