Farm share, week 18

magid- two large bunches of kale
- two small bunches of flat-leaf parsley
- two large heads of red-leaf lettuce
- two big bags of spinach
- two acorn squashes
- a dozen Yukon Gold potatoes
This is a lot of greens; I'm thinking I need to saute the spinach and freeze it for later. Lots of green salad, maybe give one of the heads of lettuce to a friend, and perhaps potato salad with lots of massaged kale.
