• two pounds of potatoes (a mix of purple and pink ones)
  
• a pound of parsnips (= 1)
  
• a third of a pound of spinach
  
• half a pound of green curly kale
  
• a quarter of a pound of red shallots
  
• a pound and a quarter of carrots
  
• four leeks
  
• two pounds of turnips (a mix of large white and red ones)
  
• two watermelon radishes
