Food for Shavuot

- rice and white beans with caramelized onions, chives from the porch, and a couple of pints of mild red salsa I made last year
- slices of spicy peanut tofu
- baked sweet potatoes
- roasted eggplant, red pepper, and onion
- cinnamon-lemon carrot pickles
- improv cranberry riccctta pie in a graham crust, using the cranberry molasses Currentlee gave me a couple of weeks ago, and decorated with some rather tart cranberry jam I made last year
- fresh pineapple
