Food made for Shabbat
Jan. 25th, 2013 03:15 pm- baked sweet potatoes
- multi-bean soup with sweet potatoes, garlic, cumin, and home-canned tomatoes
- slices of tofu baked with spicy peanut stuff
- sauteed eggplant with onions, mushrooms, and the end of a jar of tomato-basil sauce (still tbd: add cheese and/or egg)
And some food appropriate for Tu B'Shvat: grapefruit, prunes, raisins, also walnuts and pecans.
