Mostly magenta menu

Well, a variety of purples, but alliteration is fun. No clue why I was thinking about a color-themed meal, but anyway.

* borscht
* magenta sauerkraut sauteed with sausages, onions, and possibly bits of apple
* purple kale braised with garlic and touch of cider vinegar
* purple potatoes mashed with sauteed red onions
* minimal salad: red oak lettuce with strawberry vinegar-based dressing
* blueberry and rhubarb pie

If I end up making this, I'd need to invite people who are very tidy eaters...
