Burner phone

All the smarter criminals on TV know not to use their own cell phones, to avoid being tracked and such. I don't know when prepaid disposable phones started being called burner phones (two years ago? more?), but I suddenly realized that if they were Burner phones, they couldn't be so disposable, since Leave No Trace is an important tenet. Plus, it would have to have some extra features, like shooting flames, or glowing in the dark, or being able to extend wheels and go where it's told, or....
